VİZYONUMUZ
Bir Sanat Yapıtı Olarak Okuyucu!
Yazılı olanlar okuduklarımızın küçük bir kısmıdır. Yazıdan çok önce okumaya başlamıştı insan. Belki de zaten okuyor olduğu için mümkün oldu yazmak… İnsan kadim zamanlarda, uygarlıktan çok önce gökyüzünü, dünyayı, işaretleri, sesleri, kokuları, nesneleri, renkleri, biçimleri, izleri, duyguları, fikirleri, hareketleri, bedeni ve ruhu; yani varlık alanını ve var olmayan şeyleri okurdu…
Türümüzün bu kadim okumaya meyyal hakikatine güvenle ve bu hakikati günümüzün gerçeği kılma arzumuzla yayıncılık yapıyoruz… Hedeflerimiz, hayallerimiz ve umudumuz okumanın ve yazmanın şifalı kudretine yaslanmaktadır… Bunun nitelik, kapsam, içerik ve biçim açısından temel çerçevesini şöyle tanımlıyoruz:
- Okumayı bir şölene dönüştürüp neşeli bir yaşam biçimi olarak içselleştirmiş; yaşamın niteliğini yükseltmek açısından kitapları vazgeçilmez, olmazsa olmaz gören; ruhsal, düşünsel ve sosyal yönden güçlü, neşeli, mutlu ve gelecekten umutlu bireylerden oluşan bir toplumsallığa katkı sunmak istiyoruz.
- İnsanın doğayla, hayvanlarla, farklı kültürlerden başka insanlarla ve en önemlisi de kendisiyle, güç ilişkileri üretmeyen, özgürleştirici, sevgiye ve dayanışmaya dayalı ilişkiler oluşturmak için faydalanabileceği kitaplar yayınlamak istiyoruz.
- Özgür ve demokratik bir toplumun yaşamsal ihtiyacı olan; eleştirel, diyalektik ve analitik düşünen ve duyarlı bireylerin kazanması gereken en temel becerilerden biri olan, okuma kültürüne katkı sunmak istiyoruz.
- Toplumsal kültürün öznesi olan bireyin toplumsal düzeyde temsil yeteneğini ve eleştirel okuma becerisini geliştireceğine inandığımız, ülkemizden ve dünyadan, nitelikli kitaplar yayınlamak istiyoruz.
- Çocuklar, gençler ve her yaştan yetişkinin yaşam niteliğine katkı sunacak ulusal ve evrensel düzlemde temel oluşturacak kitapları yayınlamak istiyoruz.
- Analitik düşünce, eleştirel bakış, estetik bir algı oluşturmuş, duyarlı ve özgüven sahibi bireylerin yetişmesine katkısı olacak edebiyat dışı disiplinlerde kitaplar: Sanat, felsefe, tarih, psikoloji ve genel kültür kitapları yayınlamak istiyoruz.
- Yeni yazarlar keşfetmek; çağdaş temalar ve kavramlar ekseninde okumaya dair yeni biçimler oluşturmak istiyoruz.
- Farklı toplumlarda ve farklı kültürlerde çağımızın ruhunu yansıtan ve ilgi ve beğeni ile okunan kitaplar saptayıp dilimize kazandırmak istiyoruz.
- Evrensel değerleri, insanlığın ortak sorunlarını ve kadim insanlık düşü olan özgürlük ve adalet arayışını anlama ve içselleştirme süreçlerine katkısı olacak kitaplar yayınlamak istiyoruz.
- Gerçekliği kavramak ve gerçeklikle baş edebilmek için düş gücünü besleyecek, edebi ve estetik açıdan değeri ve anlamı üzerine uzlaşılmış temel kitaplar yayınlamak istiyoruz.
- Kitabın değerini, okumanın önemini, bilmenin anlamını bilen, bildikçe bilme açlığı, okuma iştahı artan bireylerden oluşan bir toplum ve dünya için doğru, isabetli ve etkili kitaplar yayınlamak istiyoruz.
- Eşiğine yazının sıfır derecesini yerleştirip, metnin hazzını ufuk belleyip, çağın ruhunu anlayan fakat ona boyun eğmeden yaşama katılmak isteyen her ruhun heybesinde azık olmak istiyoruz.

We, as A7 Book Publishing House, began publishing in 2017 with our first book, Black Flags (Joby Warrick). At the same time, our first translated book, Black Flags is a contemporary hybrid form of documentary and fiction. In the first year of our operation, after our establishment in 2016, we will be publishing 130 books to meet the readers in this very September and 25 of these books are translated texts from various categories.
These 130 books, published in a short time like one year, are composed books of novels, theories, essays, memoirs, narratives, thematic/specific and self-help categories.
Right now, we are in a sophisticated preparation process for the autumn season of 2018. Some of our 34 books that we publish have copyrights from Wooden Books, which is a respected international organization with its qualified and popular books in publishing world, the translation process of other books is still in progress.
As parallel with the translation process, we are preparing for autumn 2018 with our art and philosophy books as well as children's books with great enthusiasm...

- We want to contribute to a community consisting of people who are spiritually, intellectually and socially strong, cheerful, happy and hopeful individuals turning the reading into a feast and internalizing it as a joyful way of life; considering books as indispensable to raise the quality of the life.
- We want to publish books helping people making liberating relationships based on love and solidarity, not on power with nature, animals, and other people from different cultures and most importantly, with themselves.
- We want to contribute to reading culture, which is one of the most basic skills for sensitive individuals who have critical, dialectical and analytical way of thinking must acquire; and a vital need for a free and democratic society.
- We want to publish qualified books from our country and the world, which we believe them to develop the critical reading skills and the talent of representation at a social level of the individual who is the subject of social culture.
- We want to publish books being based on national and universal levels and will contribute to the life quality of children, young people and adults of all ages.
- We want to publish books on art, philosophy, history, psychology and general culture: books in non-literary disciplines, which will contribute to the development of sensitive and self-confident individuals with analytical thinking, critical view and aesthetic perception.
- We want to discover new writers; we want to create new forms of reading in the context of contemporary themes and concepts.
- We want to determine books that reflect the spirit of our times in different cultures and societies, the books that people will read with interest and appreciation and integrate these books into our language.
- We want to publish books that will contribute to the processes of understanding and internalizing the universal values, common problems of humankind, and the search for freedom & justice, which is the archaic dream of humanity.
- We want to publish literary basic books on which their aesthetic values and meanings are agreed; the books will nourish the imagination to comprehend reality and cope with it.
- We want to publish true, accurate, and effective books for a society and world made up of individuals who know the value of the book, the importance of reading, the meaning of knowing; and the more they know, the more they have appetite for reading and knowing.
- We want to be in the path of every soul who considers the zero degree of writing as his/her compass, makes the pleasure of the text his/her horizon, understands the spirit of the age but wants to participate in life without submitting to it.
